Our Diagnostic Services

EKG - Electrocardiogram

This test measures your heart’s electrical activity by attaching electrodes to your chest, providing a quick and painless way to detect irregular heartbeats or potential past cardiac events.

Exercise Stress Test

The exercise stress test evaluates your heart’s response to physical exertion, such as brisk walking or jogging on a treadmill, helping detect any abnormalities that may arise during activity.

Cardiopulmonary Stress Testing (CPX)

CPX measures how your heart and respiratory system respond to physical activity, providing insights into your cardiovascular health during exercise.

Transesophageal Echocardiogram (TEE)

A TEE offers clearer images of the heart by passing a probe down the esophagus, providing more detailed imaging than a traditional ultrasound.

Holter Monitor

A portable device worn for 24-48 hours to record your heart’s electrical activity, providing valuable data on irregular heartbeats not captured by a standard EKG.

Event Recorders

Designed to capture infrequent irregular heartbeats, these devices can be worn for 7-30 days, recording heart activity over an extended period.

Angiogram / Cardiac Catheterization

A specialized X-ray test that provides images of blood flow in your arteries or veins, helping to identify any blockages or abnormalities. A thin catheter is guided through a blood vessel to administer a contrast dye, allowing for detailed imaging.

Electrophysiology Mapping

This test evaluates the electrical activity of your heart, pinpointing any rhythm issues. Thin tubes with electrodes are inserted through a blood vessel to map the heart’s electrical pathways.

SPECT Imaging or Myocardial Perfusion Imaging

This test involves a small injection of a harmless, radioactive substance to assess if your heart receives an adequate blood supply. It provides detailed images of blood flow to your heart using advanced imaging technology.

Implantable Loop Recorders

A small device implanted under the skin that monitors your heart’s electrical activity over an extended period, capturing irregular heartbeats that may occur infrequently.

Ultrasound Tests

Our ultrasound tests create detailed digital images using sound waves, allowing us to assess your heart and blood vessels. These include:

Echocardiogram: Evaluates heart structure and valve function.

Stress Echocardiogram: Compares your heart’s function at rest and after exercise.

Carotid Ultrasound: Assesses blood flow in the carotid arteries.

Lower Extremity Venous Ultrasound: Evaluates blood flow in your leg veins.

Lower Extremity Arterial Ultrasound: Assesses blood flow in your leg arteries and calculates the Ankle-Brachial Index (ABI) for blood flow adequacy.
