Billing Policies
All copays are due at the time of service.
Self-pay patients are expected to pay for office services at the time of the appointment unless prior arrangements have been made.
Monthly statements are sent for patient balances. Accounts with no response after two statements and a final notice may be placed with a collection agency
A $10 Late Fee applies to accounts sent to collections, and there is a $25 fee for returned checks.

Follow fasting instructions (nothing to eat or drink for 8 hours before your procedure). Check in at the hospital’s admissions office as directed by our team.
